Look in the catalog for the item’s location. On the search results screen, it is purple. On the item screen, it is black and listed in the little box under “Location.”
The location first tells you which room the item is located (Central, West Wing, East Wing) and then the collection it belongs to. Once you’re in that room, look for signs to indicate the collection. Your item will be located there.
