*For updated instructions on how to send a file to print, see the flyer on the copier.

Printing:

Once you've sent your document to the printer, scan your ID on the printer to log in (or enter your Blackboard login credentials if that doesn't work), select "Secure Print", select your document and adjust any print settings (i.e. double-sided, stapled, hole-punched, etc.), and either hit "Print and Keep" to keep it in the print log until it expires, or "Print and Delete" to remove it from the print log. For color printing, please use upstairs printer.

Scanning/Copying:

To make physical copies of a document or book, log in to the printer and select "Copy". You can lift the lid and lay each page face down on the glass, lining it up with the top left corner of the glass. Then, hit "start" on the screen, and repeat with each page. If you have a loose-leaf document (i.e. unbound), you can place the stack of pages face up in the top compartment of the printer, and hit start, and it will do it all in one batch. Make sure to adjust the settings for whether or not the pages are double-sided.

Similarly, if you'd like to make digital copies, log in and select "Scan and Send", select where you'd like the scan to be sent, and repeat the process as if you were making copies, then hit "Start Sending" once the entire document has been scanned.
