Occasionally, your professors will place a book on "reserve" because many people in a class will need to use the book at the same time. These books are located on special shelves behind the library information desk and are organized by the professor's name.

Reserve books have a shorter checkout period to make sure everyone gets a chance to use them. Most of our reserve books check out for one week, but many cannot leave the library.
